Should you find a problem in their manufacture, please return them by surface mail only, to our contact information address listed on this page. Please be sure that the bandanas are completely dry. Do not send hydrated (moistened) bandanas in the mail. We will not accept bandanas sent by any delivery services other than surface mail. Please do not send bandanas 'collect'. We will not accept collect shipments.

Our bandana guarantee becomes void if we find they have been misused, abused or handled improperly. Improper use includes but is not limited to machine washing, oversoaking and improper storage resulting in mould growth. Following the instructions for use closely, will eliminate any potential problems.
